What it does

Built for the work, not the demo.

Plaid bank linking

Connect any bank in 60 seconds. Transactions sync automatically — no CSV exports, no copy-paste.

AI categorization

Transactions get categorized automatically and learn your business as you correct. Less rule-keeping, fewer surprises at year-end.

Voice capture

Describe a transaction out loud — “forty dollars cash for materials at the supply yard” — and the app files it.

Daily audio recap

Each morning, a 60-second audio briefing on yesterday's cash movement. Listen on the drive, skip the spreadsheet.

iOS + installable PWA

Native iOS app on TestFlight today, plus an installable web app on Android and desktop. Same data, same recaps, your choice of device.

Multi-company support

Side hustle plus the main gig? Command tier supports multiple companies under one account with separate books.

How it works

Three steps. No fuss.

1

Link your bank

Plaid takes you straight to your bank's login. We never see your credentials.

2

AI categorizes

Transactions get filed automatically. Review, approve, and the categorizer gets smarter every week.

3

Listen to the recap

Open the app each morning for a 60-second audio recap of yesterday's cash. That's your daily check-in.

Questions

Good to know.

Is my bank data secure?

Yes. Plaid is the same banking infrastructure your bank already trusts — we never see your credentials, and you can revoke access from your bank or from Cash Basis AI at any time.

Does it replace QuickBooks?

For self-employed, cash-basis bookkeeping: yes. If you run accrual accounting or W-2 payroll, Cash Basis AI isn't the right tool yet — we're focused on solo operators first.

When does it launch publicly?

Open beta is rolling out to the waitlist now. Public release follows shortly. Get on the list and we'll send your invite as a spot opens.

What does it cost?

Beta access is free. Paid tiers (Solo and Command) come at public launch, with Solo priced well below a QuickBooks subscription.
